CHELSEA is a handmade brick face tile. They are produced with the same traditional methods as facing
bricks and can give any non-brick interior/exterior wall or facade the look of a classic brick wall. CHELSEA is a
terra cotto (fired clay), therefore it will feature its unique look with each piece being different then the other..

Installation: ollow the TCNA method for preparation and installation.
Use a quality brand thin set for adhering , Apply sanded grout with a
minimum 3/8” grout joint. Use a grout bag or grout applicator gun to
properly apply the grout to avoid overfilling. Shade and size variation
are inherent to all fired ceramic and porcelain body tiles. Please do the
necessary blending and inspect the tiles to determine appropriate grout
joint prior to installation.
